At Simply Salted, we want you to love every piece you bring home! As a growing small business, we offer store credit (valid for 12 months) or size exchanges on eligible items within 10 days of delivery. We do not offer monetary refunds or order cancellations at this time.

To start a return or exchange, email infosimplysalted@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. If approved, we'll send you a link to our Redo return portal to complete your request.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable). Items must be shipped back within the 10-day window. Some items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Please visit our full Return Policy Page for complete guidelines, Redo Coverage details, and final sale exceptions!

Final Sale: Swimwear, Accessories Activewear, Sale items from Salted Deals tab, Flash Sales, Mystery Bags, and Gift Cards.

We know the feeling… constantly checking tracking like “did it move yet?” we do it too!

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), unless otherwise noted (ex: preorders). We ship via UPS, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days after processing at UPS, depending on your location.

We typically drop new arrivals every other week!

Not sure about sizing? We've got you!

Each product page includes sizing, measurements, if we recommend sticking true to size, sizing down/up, and notes on how the item fits- so be sure to check there first!

If you still have questions, feel free to reach out via DM or email before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.
