Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Simply Salted! Your support means the world! We’re excited to pack up your happy mail and get it on its way.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). 

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via UPS. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Estimated Delivery
Most packages arrive within 3–5 business days after processing, though shipping times may vary depending on your location and UPS service.

Multiple Orders in One Day
If you place more than one order in a single day and would like them combined, please email us at infosimplysalted@gmail.com. If we’re able to combine them before shipping, we’ll gladly refund one of the shipping charges.

Carrier Delays & Responsibility
Please note: Simply Salted is not responsible for delays once your package is in the carriers hands. Shipping fees are non-refundable if UPS experiences delays. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or is lost in transit, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.
