Refund policy
At Simply Salted, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. We carefully curate each collection and are grateful for every order placed with us.
Because we’re a new small business, we do not offer refunds or cancellations at this time. For eligible returns, we’re happy to offer store credit valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. As we continue to grow, we hope to expand and improve our return options in the future. Please review the guidelines below for return eligibility.
To qualify for store credit, your item(s) must:
- Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 10 days of the delivery date
- Be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of wear
- Include the original invoice in the return package
We kindly ask you to double check your items before sending them back. Returns that don't meet these standards may be denied.

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return:

- Sale items under Salted Deals Tab and Last Ones Tab
- Flash Sales
- Mystery Bags
- Gift Cards
How to Start a Return:
To begin a return, please email us at infosimplysalted@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return for store credit, a brief message stating the reason for return, and include a picture of the item(s).
Once we approve your request, we'll send you return instructions along with the return shipping address.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Simply Salted is not liable for lost or damaged returns
