At Simply Salted, we want you to love every piece you bring home! As a new small business, we currently offer store credit for eligible returns and do not offer refunds or order cancellations at this time. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued.

Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and the packing slip or invoice included. While store credit is currently our only return option, we hope to expand and improve our return offerings as Simply Salted continues to grow.

We know the feeling… constantly checking tracking like “did it move yet?” we do it too!

Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), unless otherwise noted (ex: preorders). We ship via UPS, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your location- sometimes sooner!

We typically drop new arrivals every other week!

Each product page includes sizing, measurements, if we recommend sticking true to size, sizing down/up, and notes on how the item fits- so be sure to check there first!
